You have 15 calendar days to return a product from the day you received it at your doorstep. You will be eligible for the return, if the product is not used and in the same condition it was received by you. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
The returned product must accompany the receipt or a proof of purchase.
Only regularly priced items are eligible for the return. Items sold under Special discounts/offers cannot be returned.
Once the item returned by you is received by us, we first inspect it and acknowledge its receipt to you. After inspecting it, we also notify you on the status of the refund, if applicable.
If you qualify for the return, the refund is initiated and it is credited to you via your original mode of payment. Depending upon your bank’s/card’s/payment’s channel’s policies, the amount is credited within a 3-5 working days. Shops Basket will not be responsible in a delay that may occur during the process.
If an item is returned after 15 days of the delivery, it may qualify for a partial refund only. If the product returned is damaged, not in its original condition, or its parts are missing, the consumer may get a partial refund only in such conditions.
If you receive any item in defective or damaged condition, we will replace it with a fresh product. Depending upon your location, the exchanged item may require a certain number of days to reach you. We will not be responsible for any shipping delay due to unforeseen reasons.
For returning an item, the shipping cost not charged to you. The cost incurred on return shipping will be borne by seller.
While we have designed our refund policy in order to ensure your utmost satisfaction, there may arise some issues, such as delay in refunds, non-delivery of exchanged items, etc. In such cases, you may contact us via (email support).
